Service quotes for ConnectedWorkshop customers – Product news

by

happy customer

Service quotes are here! We strive to help workshops build stronger relationships with their customers. We believe trust is a big factor in achieving that. That’s why we added a new feature to ConnectedWorkshop. It makes it easier for workshops to share with their customers — in advance — the expected costs of a service appointment.

Service quotes – What’s new

Customers will then receive the respective quote on their driver app. Here they can immediately check it out and reject or accept the quote on the go. They can also choose to book a time right away after accepting a quote.

Workshops can now send service quotes to their customers directly from our chat module. They can attach a PDF file detailing the required service, including the expected price. They can set up a deadline for customers to respond to the proposed quote.

Workshops also have the option of accepting a quote and booking a time on behalf of a customer, if a prior agreement was reached on a different channel.

Additionally, workshops can also see an overview of all quotes and their status in the Leads tab. This makes it easier to keep track of active quotes and get a better understanding of potential revenue.

Increased transparency between workshops and their customers

The quotes feature creates more transparency in regard to the transactions between workshops and their customers. By providing customers with an overview of potential costs of maintenance in advance, workshops can build further trust with their customers.

Additionally, the digital communication between workshops and their customers is strengthened, and the driver app becomes an even stronger link between workshops and customers, enabling them to build stronger relationships.

Overall, the quotes feature makes it easier for workshops to send quotes to their customers and thus provides a better, more informed experience where customers get a better understanding of what to expect from their next workshop visit.
