The Alarms tab is a core feature when it comes to vehicle maintenance, as it enables both workshops and their customers to detect any vehicle issues and be able to respond to them fast.
What’s new?
We made some changes to the design and functionality of the Alarms tab for our workshop solution. It is now much more straightforward to get an overview of the different alarms and their status and take needed action faster and more efficiently.
Workshops can now:
Get a clearer overview of their customers alarms.
Get a better understanding of what private customers experience in the app when they are notified about an alarm.
See an icon of the alarm and get a preview of the notification that has been sent to the app users.
See Other incidents, i.e the raw data coming from the device.
Benefits both workshops and their customers
The new Alarms tab improves communication between workshops and their customers, by providing them with clear insights that allow them to better cater to their customers’ needs.
As workshops have access to the same alarm information as to their customers, communication is much more efficient and workshop visits can be planned and prepared for in advance to ensure effective service.
